MY STORY
Why I do this job
My name is Mitchell Barton and I hold a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration from West Virginia University. I have practiced as a Private Investigator for over 20 years, working on cases involving Criminal Defense, Surveillance, Undercover Operations, Insurance Fraud, Domestic Relations, Missing Persons, and Process Service.
I was inspired to join the field by my mother, who started a Private Investigation Firm in 1996. Through my exposure to the field, I realized the value and need for honest investigation for clients who are facing difficult situations.
"Private investigation begins with listening. We all have a story and a perspective, and we need to be heard." I believe giving a voice to the innocent, to the victims and even to the guilty is an integral part of our legal system, and being a private investigator helps me lift their voice so it can be heard.
